RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS

Reservations can be made online by clicking on one of the dates in the drop down menu, or by making an email inquiry or reservation, or by phone.

Newfoundland Travel Inc. requires a deposit of $350.00 per person per multi-day adventure.

Day adventures require a 50% reservation fee and 50% upon arrival.

Upon receiving your deposit Newfoundland Travel Inc. will send a welcome and confirmation letter highlighting invoice the balance owing, which is due 30 days prior to trip departure.

Referrals also can get a 10% discount on all of our tours.

Airfare prices are not included, however we will help you finding affordable fare

CONFIRMATION & INSURANCE

Confirmation kit contains full trip itinerary, suggested personal clothing and equipment list, and medical history forms.

Refunds from cancellation of a reservation will only be taken into consideration once notice is received in writing at Newfoundland Travel Inc , P.O. Box 15 Sally’s Cove, NL A0K 4Z0. Charges for cancellation will be as follows:

31 days or more prior to departure date there is a charge of $200.00 per person.
30 days or less prior to departure date 50% of total price
Note day adventures must be cancelled at least 3 day in advance to receive deposit back
If tour is cancelled by Newfoundland Travel Inc. and a satisfactory alternative cannot be reached, Newfoundland Travel Inc. will refund all moneys paid.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

A release form must be signed relieving Newfoundland Travel Inc. and thier of all liability. A past medical history form must be filled out before departure to help guides prepare for special medical circumstances. Newfoundland Travel Inc. also reserves the right to change the itinerary of a trip when it is deemed necessary, and shall not be held directly or indirectly accountable or liable for any accident, inconvenience, personal injury or death. Newfoundland Travel Inc. reserves the right to decline any person whose actions, or lack of, impede the health, safety and welfare of any other person participating on the trip or of the trip's operation. No refunds will be given in such circumstances. Also Trip itineraries may change due to weather conditions.
